Senior Living Residences

In addition to existing schemes, the concept of purpose-built luxury retirement-based communities has been introduced to Mauritius to allow non-citizen retirees above 50 years to buy, rent or stay in these retirement residences with a Residence Permit until such time the property is no longer owned or occupied by them.

Note: A factsheet will provide more details on the scheme.
